What is Fraser Dingo 4WD Hire and Tours doing in the office to ensure themselves and customers are Covid Safe?

Fraser Dingo staff are constantly sanitising the office frequently in addition to sanitising the briefing room (including the table, chairs and lounge) after every briefing. For every 4wd hire and tour, we require customer details that enable us to contact them which coincides with contract tracing information should it be needed. Meetings that are necessary have been mostly held virtually where possible as well as the majority of deliveries able to be done through social distancing. Staff and customers are social distancing at all times, where possible. Furthermore, while the majority of payments are complete before arrival at our office, there are still contactless payment options available upon arrival.

How are the vehicles at Fraser Dingo 4wd Adventures Covid Safe?

After every hire, our 4wd vehicles are cleaned and detailed thoroughly before the vehicle is permitted is given to new customers and sent to Fraser Island again. This means all services including glass are cleaned. Additionally, as per our regular procedures, all camp equipment including cutlery and crockery are washing through our dishwasher as well as our sleeping gear (sheets/sleeping bags) are put through the washing machine.

COVID-19 Cancellation Policy 

Please note that we have a relaxed cancellation policy due to the current world situation and the uncertainty that it brings to travel and wanting to plan your next trip. If you make a booking and it turns out you can’t make it due to travel restrictions, we will offer a full refund (less a $50 admin fee) once evidence of residential address has been provided. Alternatively, we are offering ON HOLD bookings where we make a tentative booking for you to hold your place and then send a secure payment link when it is certain that travel can go ahead. This flexibility does not apply in peak periods like Easter/September/Christmas Holidays. In the event that Covid affects your travels during peak period you will be given a credit to be used at a later date. Unsure? Reach out!
